What we collect
The vehicle inquiry form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, and the message you write. These are the personal-information fields this draft addresses; this draft does not make a broader claim about every technical datum the application or its infrastructure may process.
How we use it
The inquiry submission path sends these details to the dealership so staff can respond about the vehicle you asked about. Any broader use of inquiry data must be confirmed by dealership review before this draft can be published.
How long we keep it
We retain personal information submitted via the vehicle inquiry form for 12 months from the date of submission. After 12 months we run a tenant‑safe anonymization job that neutralizes personal identifiers (name, email, phone, free‑text message) while preserving non‑identifying timestamps, tenant and vehicle references, routing state, and audit metadata. No inquiry rows are hard‑deleted by this process. This draft remains UNREVIEWED and NOT PUBLISHABLE until the dealership records a formal policy review and approval.
